“Hazal, you have a week, okay? I know you will do your best, I believe in you,” said her teacher. Hazal was in seventh grade and when she was given homework, she would do her best. She had a week and she had to plan what she would do immediately.
“Yes, what can I do?” First, she would get help from her mother, who was a teacher. Second, she had to plan what she would do on which day. Finally, she had to get the materials for her homework and get them ready.
She walked around for half an hour with a pen and paper in her hand and took notes. She prepared her list. Her mother was looking at her so proudly at that moment, as if she were doing the most important job in the world, she was praying, “Well done, my dear, I hope you will always be like this.”
By the way, what was her homework? Her homework was to prepare a calendar. A calendar that was both fun and educational, where they could plan this year monthly, weekly or even daily… She would add a beautiful visual, a fun task and a beautiful saying that she would learn and apply to her life each month.
How could Hazal have known that the homework she prepared would be an experience that would benefit her for a lifetime? She was just a little girl in the seventh grade who tried to do her homework in a week. But now, at the age of 25, she had become a mother, a teacher, a wife and most importantly a person who created an agenda for herself and planned her month, day and even hours in the most efficient way. The things she learned without realizing while doing that homework...
Everything in this world has a time limit and what we do during this time is up to us. The only being with free will in the world is mankind. A person, either says, “It’s my life, I can do whatever I want right now, what do you care?” Or, “Instant pleasures do not satisfy me. How meaningless and illogical it is for a person to be happy for a moment and suffer for a lifetime!” and plans every moment of their lives to be happier and more successful than yesterday.
Because nothing happens at once. A time is given for everything to happen…
The transformation of a person from a drop of water into a living being with hands, arms and mind; the transformation of a seed into a fruit-bearing tree; a diamond needs time to form underground, a pearl at the bottom of the sea, a raindrop above the sky, right? We don't know how much time we have, but we know how to make a calendar to use our time in the best way.
Do we have one day? I should use my time in the best way.
Do I have one month? I should use my time in the best way.
Do I have one year? I should use my time in the best way.
Do I have one life? I should use my time in the best way.
A person should be able to say. Why? Because the one who gives time has a request. He says: "My servant, you have a life and I believe more than you believe yourself that you will do your best. And I always support you. Come on, you take one step towards me, I will take ten steps to you."
Time does not stop. No one has been able to stop or turn back time so far. There is nothing static in life and it always moves forward. You should always move forward so that you don't have a life that you are late for and can never catch up with.
Without regretting, saying "Years passed so quickly. I didn't understand anything. Where is my youth, where are those years of mine?” Come on, prepare your life’s agenda. Because your time is ticking. Tick tock tick tock tick tock…

Time is the most important source that has been given to us. If we don’t realize how to manage time, we can easily lose the control of life. After I read your article this reminds me to have routines. Thank you. :)
